Brigitta Bolanos is a native of Vienna, Austria. She graduated from the Bellevue Massage School and has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2011. Brigitta has worked in a clinical setting for 6 years where she has gained extensive experience in Medical Massage, helping patients recover from injuries as well as chronic physical issues. She also specializes in Myofascial Release, Sports, Swedish, Pregnancy and Hot Stone massage. Brigitta now also offers Craniosacral Therapy, a light touch osteopathic healing modality that is used to balance the central nervous system. This modality also releases tension and helps create balance in soft tissues (ex: muscles, fascia) and the skeletal system (in particular the cranial bones, vertebrae and sacrum).
